Southwest Wrestling Club is the natural evolution of a board-led initiative created to support ASU Wrestling. As the program’s reach grew, and nearly 20% of our donor base expanded beyond Arizona, we recognized the need for a more modern, scalable approach. That realization led to a full restructuring of our leadership team and the launch of SWWC: a for-profit, NCAA-compliant organization built to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.
This model empowers us to scale operations, build regional partnerships, and provide greater resources to wrestlers across all levels. While our footprint has expanded across the Southwest, our roots remain firmly planted in Arizona with a mission to bring more opportunity, funding, and national recognition back to the state that started it all.
Our Mission
To position Arizona as the epicenter of wrestling in the Southwest by fostering a Regional Training Center model that attracts talent, builds community, and fuels the sport’s growth across the region.
